Rooted in Community. Committed to Wiseburn

Wiseburn has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It is where I grew up, where Helen and I raised our family, and where our two sons attended school. Serving this community has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of serving Wiseburn as a Trustee, but my connection to this community began long before I joined the Board. I grew up here, attended Wiseburn schools, coached our kids, raised my family here, and watched our community grow while holding on to the values that make Wiseburn special.

A Lifetime in Wiseburn

My connection to Wiseburn has always gone well beyond the Board room. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to coach our kids, volunteer in our schools, support our families, and work alongside so many people who care deeply about this community. Wiseburn is not simply a place I serve it is home.

More Than Service. It’s Home

For more than 20 years, I have worked to keep Wiseburn moving forward while protecting what has always made our District special. From unification and the growth of our partnership with Da Vinci Schools to improving our campuses and maintaining responsible fiscal oversight, I have approached every decision with the same question: What is in the best interest of our students?
